Welcome to Pam’s virtual kitchen! What can you expect to find here? Information, news, recipes, instructions, photos, personal stories, and the occasional rant … all related to food. Lots of topics are fair game:

You won’t find any fried Twinkies or Cool Whip desserts here. Instead, you’ll find something a lot more natural simmering on the stove, drying in the dehydrator, or chilling in the fridge. Any which way, it’s all good. What’s “good for you” can taste good, too!
